Stephan Illi completed his studies at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) with a focus on Information Management in October 2000. He then worked for six years as a business consultant at the publicly listed Crealogix AG. At the end of 2006, he joined Consulta as a partner in business consulting, and since 2011, he has been the CEO, Chairman of the Board, and owner of Consulta AG Business and Management Consulting.

Dr. Thomas Risch studied law at the University of Berne and has extensive commercial experience as a lawyer and trustee in Liechtenstein. He is also vice-president of the Liechtenstein football association.

Attorney at law and partner at VFS Partner in Zürich, holding a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Zurich, an LL.M. in International Business Law from King’s College London, and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance Law from the University of Zurich. He serves on the boards of Spital Uster AG, MDZ AG and Ansbach Care AG.

Liechtenstein citizen, married, father of three children and taking care of 3 dogs. He has 35 years experience in the financial business which includes banking and trusts.

With nearly 18 years of industry experience and over a decade as a business owner and co-founder of a service-oriented software company, Dejan is the Managing Co-Director for Engineering and Delivery. He has led high-performance teams for Silicon Valley startups, worked with venture capital investors, and managed development teams for top Fintech and Insurtech firms in Switzerland. A visionary leader, Dejan drives strategic growth, innovation, and consistently delivers impactful results.

Goran is a visionary software engineering leader and entrepreneur with nearly 18 years of experience, dedicated to transforming innovative ideas into successful tech ventures. Throughout his career, he has co-founded and led multiple software companies, delivering cutting-edge products and services that have driven significant growth and garnered industry recognition.

Drazen is a results-oriented Engineering Manager with 13 years of experience in software development and team leadership. He transitioned from hands-on development to managing engineering teams in high-impact enterprise projects. Skilled in aligning technical strategies with business goals, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement, he consistently delivers scalable, high-quality software solutions in dynamic global environments.

Carlo is a CPA and CA, with many years of experience as a CFO and Finance Manager. He has worked in a variety of fields, including real estate, manufacturing and agriculture, in addition to years of experience as an Audit Manager and Financial Controlle

Gary Carr, a CPA with an honors degree in business administration, has had a distinguished career in finance. He has held executive roles at leading financial institutions, including Schroders and JPMorgan Chase. He was one of two partners of the fund administration and management company Delphi Management Limited, which was sold to a large fund services company. Mr. Carr is actively involved in the venture capital and private equity sector and is committed to giving back to his community, having served as a past director of the Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre.

Borislav is a graduate in Programming and Informatics with extensive sales and business development experience in international businesses. With a focus on fintech and banking technology and a strong understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrencies, Borislav excels at bridging the gap between commercials and technology. With his extensive knowledge in SaaS offerings, he specializes in scoping solutions tailored to customer's needs.

With a strong background in Product Design, Bozhidar has a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of user experience. He excels in translating client needs into actionable project plans, ensuring seamless communication between creative and technical teams. His previous experience as a Product Designer equips him with the ability to anticipate design challenges, advocate for user-centric solutions, and deliver products that exceed client expectations.
