He then worked for six years as a business consultant at the publicly listed Crealogix AG. At the end of 2006, he joined Consulta as a partner in business consulting, and since 2011, he has been the CEO, Chairman of the Board, and owner of Consulta AG Business and Management Consulting.

Gary Carr, a CPA with an honors degree in business administration, has had a distinguished career in finance. He has held executive roles at leading financial institutions, including Schroders and JPMorgan Chase. He was one of two partners of the fund administration and management company Delphi Management Limited, which was sold to a large fund services company. Mr. Carr is actively involved in the venture capital and private equity sector and is committed to giving back to his community, having served as a past director of the Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre.
